As promised, here is my gluten free bread recipe. Remember this is using the Cuisinart Bread Maker.
Jae’s Gluten Free Bread full of Goodness!
See below for list of ingredients. I used 100% organic products with no added fillers or processed foods:
1 ½ cups Nonfat Milk (80-90 degrees)
4 TB Olive Oil
4 TB Molasses
2 eggs
1 tsp Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Salt
1 ½ cups Brown Rice Flour
1 ½ cups Quinoa Flour
1 cup Cornstarch
¾ cup Chopped Walnuts
¼ cup Currents
3 ½ tsp Xanthan Gum
2 ¼ tsp Yeast
Following the bread maker directions, mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately and in the pan add the wet first, then the dry and add the yeast on top. Choose loaf size, gluten free setting and how dark a crust you want and you are good to go. So good! I love my bread!
