Jae believes nutrition goals cannot be achieved without a corresponding exercise program. As such, JBN incorporates a fitness program for each client. Jae saw early on that everything is connected — she started as a Bikram yoga teacher and as her curiosity of the benefits of exercise increased, it led her to become a Pilates instructor, and then an ACSM Health Fitness Specialist.
Jae’s personal training sessions consist of a variety of modalities such as high intensity intervals, functional movement, heavy strength, and mobility work. Jae focuses on form and alignment while making workouts fun and uncomplicated. There is a type of exercise that works for everyone. Jae’s varied background allows her to introduce a variety of approaches of exercise to her clients so they can find a routine that works for them.
