Eating on the go seems to be the way of our culture these days. It all comes down to fitting things in to our crazy schedules. We all seem to just keep adding things to our schedule and life can just get hectic.

So how can you eat well when you are living on the go? And how can you cook when you have no time? It is all about making it work. So many of us find cooking to be such a stressor that we do not even step foot in the kitchen. It is as if it is such a daunting task that we continue to avoid it and just pick up things for take out, heat up pre made meals or eat out.

There is nothing wrong with eating out but at some point, if you truly want to eat and live healthier, you have to know what you are putting in your body and take ownership of the process. Ultimately, some cooking is necessary. As stressful as it seems at first, it really becomes fun and therapeutic as you create the habit. Also, you will notice your weight will likely go down and you will feel better since foods at restaurants as well as prepared foods will have more salt, fat and calories than you want.

I found some great articles online that I thought I would share to make cooking easy, quick and healthy. Check them out and see if any of these work for you.
